Legal & Privacy

Geeks Next Door provides on-site and remote tech services nationwide. This site is the public booking front end. All work orders, status, art/artifacts, tech details, and customer communication are managed inside our Taskade system (https://geeks-task-portal-5210.taskade.app).

Payments

Secure checkout is powered by Stripe. We never store full card details. You will receive a receipt from Stripe.

Data & Privacy

Customer name, email, phone, service address, scheduled time, and service type are collected at booking and immediately written into a Taskade Work Order Project. This data is used solely to deliver the service and provide updates. We do not sell data.

After payment you are directed to the full Taskade portal for status, photos, notes, and messaging. You control what you share there.

Brokering

When it makes business sense we may assign trusted external partners (Angi, TaskRabbit, local techs, etc.). You will always see the current status and any relevant notes in the portal. The external party will never have access to more than the minimum needed to complete the job.

Support

Use the Taskade portal for fastest updates and to message the team. For urgent issues after hours, reply to your booking confirmation email.
